Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:
• Orders will be processed within 5-10 working days, provided the item is in stock.

2. Shipping Costs:
• Within Germany/Belgium: From €7.50.

• To the Netherlands: From €6.95.

• Free shipping: Available for orders above €400.

• Orders over 10kg: Higher shipping rates apply.
Customers are advised to indicate this when placing their order.

3. Shipping Method:
• Shipments will be made via PostNL or another provider.

4. Tracking Information:
• A Track & Trace code will be provided via email after shipping.
